We can build a home in about 7-10 months depending on the type of home and also if there is work to be done on the land.

The answer is - it depends. As a custom home builder, each build is different and there is variation with the materials and labor required. Another big factor is where the land is located. To get an accurate price estimate, we would have to have a meeting and factor in all the costs involved. We keep our pricing variable so we can keep our home prices as low as possible.

+ As an investor how fast will a home sell in the market?

Our homes usually sell within 2-6 months.
